Miyuki Koiwai は、

自然、記憶、そして内側に残る感情の気配をテーマに制作する日本の画家です。

色を置き、拭い、取り去る。

その過程のなかで、

消そうとしても消えなかった痕跡や、

時間のあとに静かに残るものに惹かれています。

作品は、はっきりとした物語や答えを提示するのではなく、

ただそこに在り、

見る人それぞれの感情や記憶を

そっと映し出す存在でありたいと考えています。

日常の中で、

ほんのひと呼吸、立ち止まる時間。

その余白が、

見る人の内側に静かに残ることを願いながら、

制作を続けています。

A quiet stillness that draws the heart inward.

Miyuki Koiwai is a Japanese painter whose work explores nature, memory,

and the subtle traces of emotion that remain within us.

Through the process of placing, wiping away, and removing color,

she is drawn to what cannot be erased—

the quiet marks that linger after time has passed.

Her works do not present clear narratives or answers.

They simply exist,

reflecting the emotions and memories each viewer brings with them.
